You’ll move through multiple rounds of heat and cold exposure—boosting circulation, reducing inflammation, and leaving you clear, calm, and fully alive.

👙 Bathing suit (spandex shorts + sports bra also work)
🧖‍♀️ Two towels + robe, cover-up, or sarong
🩴 Flip flops/slides (must be worn except in the plunge)
