Meet Josh Crowley, 

A Williamsburg, VA native, mortgage broker, yoga enthusiast, and wellness advocate with a heart full of music! After honing his saxophone skills at Berklee College of Music and spending years touring with the rock band ,The Shack Band, he discovered the magic of connection—both on stage and off.

As a travel junkie, Josh has explored banyans, saunas, and plunges around the world, gathering inspiration from each experience. His journey took an exciting turn when he met his business partner, Liz, while attending her SUP yoga classes and breathwork workshops. Together, they envisioned bringing those rejuvenating experiences to Richmond through Sauna Plunge RVA.
